It is week eight of this exercise accountability challenge. Again, I'm a bad leader but I am REALLY encouraged by how much many of you accomplished. You must be feeling SO much better. Those of us in the colder climates, spring is coming...don't laugh...really, it IS...just hang in there!
There are fourteen days left in this challenge! Can you believe it? So, how did you do THIS week and what do you plan to accomplish in your final 2 weeks?

I did 75 min again this week. I originally set my goal to be 90 minutes per week, but somehow I've settled into a routine of 15 minutes 5 days a week. And you know what? I'm ok with that because I've developed a habit and a routine of regular exercise and I think that is the more important goal here.
You Ladies are doing great!!
My goal was 120 minutes, I did 122! I have a goal of doing 120 minutes each week for the next two, bringing my total for the ten weeks to 1000 minutes.
Beth, I am so thankful that you decided to do this. Everyone is doing great!
I did a measly 40 minutes last week, but I will persevere...
I already did 120 minutes today shoveling snow (there's a LOT) so if I do 40 minutes of the treadmill tonight, I'll be caught up on last week and got a good start on this week.
Due to working more hours than I anticipated, and an never ending winter here in PA, I did not make it to the gym as many days as I planned. However, I did get 90 minutes in, which is the highest number for me so far, so I am pleased (and a little sore, did not know I was so out of shape).
