OK, I'm really feeling like a lame duck leader here (LOL) but I hope this is still helping those of you that kept with your commitment to exercise.
While I've not got back on track yet, Lisa informed me that she had a wonderfully productive week for exercise and I'm praising God with her for it!
Those of you still chugging along, I would LOVE to honor your dedication and hard work by listing your minutes on the ticker...so how did you do this week?

I did bad this week...put me down for 65 minutes.
Knowing I would have to report my poor attempt once again (35 minutes for me this week); I made the decision to rejoin the YMCA. I know that when that monthly draft hits, I would be plagued with guilt (because I am also a thrifty spender) if I was not faithfully using it. So... come Monday I will be working out on the state of the art fitness equipment, and working out in the pool with weights before I head to work.
Still praying for your sister in-law's healing, and good health for all in the fitness challenge.
I had a not bad week - 75 minutes. I was chugging along pretty good until Kirk had his fall and then I kinda forgot all about it. But am back on schedule today, yay!
