May Day Weight Challenge - week four!

Well...as I mentioned yesterday...it was "that" week of the month this past week. I toyed with not even weighing in because it was a doozey. I felt like a dam in New Orleans...I was retaining some SERIOUS water! LOL But, the good news is that I still managed a 1.25 pound loss for a monthly total of 8.25 pounds!

Beth at Tales from the Scales asked us to list one positive thing we did this past week: after the week I had, how 'bout that I refrained from consuming every piece of chocolate and all the caffeine with walking distance?

Seriously though, despite the emotional and hormonal upheaval this week, I found myself not turning to food so much to comfort myself. By keeping my food/points journal and being simply more aware of what goes in my mouth and how it adds up, I kept on the straight and narrow!

While I'm sure it would be WAY to big a task to undertake, I'd love to know how much weight we've all lost so far in the challenge! But, since that's not possible, go here to see how everyone is doing individually! And, feel free to jump on board! We're not even halfway done!
