May Day Weight Challenge - week 5

Well, there's good news and bad news. The good news? I lost another 3/4 a pound for a total of 9 pounds.

The bad news? It's ONLY 3/4 of a POUND! Grrr...

To be fair, I've been sliding on my food journal and points keeping so shame on me! *wink* That is the single most important thing that has kept me on track before. The other is that I missed one of my "walking dates" last week and GOODNESS did I feel icky not exercising!

So, I walk this morning. I walk Friday. And, I'll try to squeeze in another. And, I need to make more pages for my food journal - PRONTO!

Check out how everyone else is doing this week at Tales From The Scales.

You're doing fine. Any loss is a good loss and those small ones will add up to a big one.

Any loss is better than a gain! So, keep up the good work!

It's better than gaining, I love the journaling, I think that it really keeps me on track.

You did better than me - I gained two. I agree - keeping a journal is a great way of keeping accountable. If I miss on that, I really blow it. Good job on losing that 3/4 lb.

Making healthy lifestyle choices is what's most important. Hang in there, the pounds will go!

A loss is a loss baby! Just think, you lost 3 sticks of butter. And I've been really slipping on my journaling and counting, too. The honeymoon is definitely over! LOL!

Good luck with your efforts. As my ww leader says when I grumble about a half pound loss, "would you like that back?" : )
