I Forgot the "Before" Pics But...

(Updated below...)

How 'bout a "in-process" shot? LOL :) That is my bathroom vanity with its drawers out and doors off primed with Kilz! The painting bug has bit here too! I'll post the "after" shots when I'm done. Da Hubby is due home from an overnight business trip to Ohio in about 4 hrs. I want to get it back together (well, at least mostly) by then!

Da Hubby got home 10 minutes after the last coat so once he was fed and the paint was dry, he put all the hardware back on for me! What a sweetie after spending 5+ hours on the road! Awww...

You're gonna have to let me know how this project turns out. I would like to do my kitchen cupboards (currently an ugly, ugly brown) but I am afraid I will ruin them. Is it hard to do?

No, it's not hard just time consuming!LOL That's why I started with the small bathroom vanity. I also SERIOSULY need to paint the kitchen cabinets but thought this might be a better trial run! LOL

I just TSP'd (washed) them, gave it one coat of Kilz and one coat of color so far. One more coat of color with an hour drying time and it should be done before bathtime tonight! LOL

lzweLooks good! Isn't this great! We are all 'spring cleaning' in January! We just renovated our bedroom too a few weeks ago.

It looks great!! What is that color? It's hard to tell the exact with different monitor settings. It's amazing what a little paint will do! I so wish I would have taken the before shots. I am in the process of looking for some that I have taken previously. Maybe I can get something on later....

I have brown kitchen cabinets too! I'm afraid to do anything with them. Maybe you ladies will inspire me!
