Week Nine: We're in the Home Stretch!

...for this exercise accountability challenge! Can you believe spring starts next week? PRAISE GOD! FFIINNAALLLLYY!! Can't come soon enough for me! LOL

Anyway, while I've lost my "street cred" as the leader of this challenge by not following through, I am more than proud of y'all who stuck with your original commitment or simply increase your overall movement in some way over the last nine weeks.

Lisa ck'd in on another post but I need to know how the rest of y'all did this week so I can update the slider to the right.

Seven days and counting....

You can count me in for a whopping 280 minutes this week...

...No, I didn't go "exericse crazy"...more than half is for the 2.5+ hours I spent shoveling snow last weekend.

It all counts, right??

It went by fast, didnt' it? I am embarrassed to say that I only did 15 minutes this week, however I was thrilled to discover that I have lost three pounds since we began this. Weight loss was not really my goal, but I'm certainly not complaining, and it is a great motivator to keep me going beyond our 10 week commitment.

I'm going to try to go out with a bang next week!

Exercised for 75 minutes this week.
We were very busy; spent one whole day at ER with my husband, follow up Dr appointments, plus traveling out of state to a surprise 50th birthday party for a PRECIOUS friend whom we love and adore!!!
Will try to up my minutes this coming week.
