You are doing the right thing. 10 years from now when you are out of dept you can go buy him a card and take him out to dinner. For now it means more to let kids make him a card and even let them paint him a poster. Bake his favorte cake and make him a nice dinner (beans and rice, rice and beans) LOL. Live like no one else, so you can live like no one else. Youcan do this.
