She never ceases to amaze me I’m usually left shaking my head in wordless wonder. She must take after her mom because DaHubby (me) would in no way shape or form be anywhere with bare feet. Maybe it has something to do with growing up in the U.P. too cold for bare feet. Looking at this photo now I wonder what life would be if as an adult I could have the tenacity to tackle jobs like she does I can't believe how hard she tries at times. The old expression “it must be hard to be a kid” is in some ways true all the things you must understand. I still to this day remember my parents telling me things and I’m now just starting to understand some of them.
Bet she needed a bath afterwards! ;) Good luck with your garden this summer. I can remember working in my dad's garden when I was younger. There was nothing sweeter than plucking corn right off the stalk and digging into it with my teeth. ;)
